Located on a hill above Varenna, Casa Menaggio is a cozy house set on a 60-acre estate that includes Villa Vista Lago and Vista Bellagio. The houses can be rented individually or together to sleep up to 30 guests.

Casa Menaggio offers a peaceful, private location. The other houses on the property are 150 meters away, and because the property is on different levels, the other houses can not be seen from Casa Menaggio.

Varenna is a quiet lakeshore town with beautiful houses and romantic views of Lake Como. This is an ideal base for exploring northern Italy as well as the southern Swiss Alps. Less than two hours from Milan, Varenna offers many possibilities for wonderful daytrips.

The architecture is simple, and Casa Menaggio’s interior is tastefully furnished, with a stylish, modern feeling:

• 1 double bedroom (beds are not divisible)
• 1 double bedroom (joinable twin beds)
• 1 bathroom with shower over tub

A high-speed internet connection is available in the reception office (80 meters from the house).

Unless Casa Menaggio is rented with Villa Vista Lago and Vista Bellagio, guests do not have access to the swimming pool and surrounding grounds. Guests do, however, have access to the tennis court.

The housekeeper and her family live on the property, as well as the father of the owner, who lives in a wing of Villa Vista Lago.
