Sardinia is acclaimed, not just in Italy but all over the world, for its beautiful sea, clear water, jagged coastline, beaches and archipelagos. The most famous and chic area of Sardinia is the Costa Smerelda (Emerald Coast), which takes its name from the beautiful green sea that surrounds it. Every year thousands of tourists, including many celebrities, are drawn to this little stretch of coastline, for the glamorous resorts, hotels and beaches are located. Porto Cervo is nearby as are the famous beaches of Romazzino, la Celvia, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe, Grande Pevero and Piccolo Pevero. Villa la Vela is right in the heart of the best area. Views extend over the bay of Cala di Volpe to Porto Rotondo and the island of Tavolara. The villa is less than 500 meters from the famous Pevero Golf Club. A well-equipped shopping centre is located one kilometer away, with two supermarkets and various other shops.

This vacation home is part of a complex of five independent villas. La Vela is nicely furnished, but is also comfortable and functional. A beautifully tended, lush garden leads to the pool which is shared with but rarely used by the other five villas of the complex.
