Camporsevoli is a small hamlet on a hilltop which consists of five buildings, all privately owned by the Marchesi Grossi since the 1700s. The Villa of Camporsevoli was formerly the court house of this important hamlet and then the fattoria, or the administrative center, of the estate. The hamlet dates back to at least the 8th century BC; the villa's cellar was formerly an Etruscan tomb where many precious artifacts were found at the turn of the century.

Tranquillità is located on the road to Camporsevoli which is unpaved but very well kept and easy to drive through. The house was built into the hill and therefore has several staircases and three floors.  It was formerly one of the many farmhouses of the estate and has just been restored, maintaining its original structure while being furnished with all the modern conveniences.

Ground Floor:

• Master suite with king-sized bed with a spectacular view of the valley and en-suite bathroom with tub and built in showerhead
• TV room with fireplace

There is central heating with radiators placed under the windows in all the bedrooms.

There is a large private garden with pool and an outside dining area furnished with table and chairs. The pool is 6 x 12 meters, a uniform 1.5 meters deep and now it is enclosed by fencing.
