Villa San Savino is a charming XIV century villa set in a stunning position amongst the rolling hills of Umbria. The villa has four spacious king size double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and 3 spacious living rooms. The villa has also a big, private and fenced garden and swimming pool with panoramic terrace and a hot tub that can be used in every season.

A 14th-century farmhouse and former church, restored without losing the bones. Heated pool, cedar-wood hot tub, fireplace inside for the cool nights, panoramic wooden deck for the rest of them.

Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival).

Concierge Service from 9 am to 7 pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.

Maid Service between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm (6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Pool heating included at a standard temperature on request in peak season only. In other seasons it is not included and it is based upon consumption. Pool heating not available in mid season.

Weekly linen and pool towels change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more

Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available everyday for dinner time prior reservation) up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.

Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.

Toilet paper, Kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that that the garbage will be serviced by staff during maid service)
