When is the best time of year to visit Lake Como?

Lake Como is best enjoyed beginning in late April through early October. During the summer months, the temperature of the water is warm and enjoyable. The ‘shoulder' seasons’ of spring and fall (particularly September) are great seasons for a lovely stay as the weather is still pleasant and the crowds subside. Of course, July is popular for a reason and you will have the most to experience during the height of the summer.
