Villa dell' Angelo is a typical Tuscan villa with spectacular views. The villa is part of an estate of more than eighteen acres of woods and olive groves.

Located halfway between Florence and Lucca, the villa is within an hour's drive of Pistoia, Pisa, and the Versilian Riviera. The property is convenient to the fashionable town of Montecatini Terme as well as being near six 18-hole golf courses, a famous spa and numerous vineyards and typical trattorie. Siena and San Gimignano are an hour and a half from the villa.

SECOND FLOOR

  • Double bedroom (red), slightly smaller, with a view over the valley, olive groves, woods and pool

  • Double bedroom (blue) with twin beds (joinable on request)

  • Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower with light and aroma therapy;

  • This bathroom is shared by the red and blue bedrooms and can be entered from either bedroom.

  • All the upstairs bedrooms have antique cotto floors and beams, which have been restored with taste and care by the owners.

Included

  • Linens with change of towels midweek

  • 2 hours of cleaning on Wednesday, unless otherwise indicated by the client

  • Welcome includes:

  • A light dinner on the arrival evening of home-made pasta sauce (made by our chefs of Ars Libandi), pasta, parmesan cheese, bread and salad, Chianti wine and water (6 bottles of 1,5 lt)

  • Continental breakfast for the next morning: toast, croissants, marmalade, butter, honey, cereal, fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk, and sugar

Supplementary

  • Final cleaning € 250

  • Utilities are metered.

  • Local head tax of 1.5 per person per day for the first 7 days, not applicable to children under 12. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit due in cash in Euros upon arrival.

  • Additional services available upon request at an extra fee: babysitting, maid service, car service,cooking service including private dinners in the villa, cooking classes, shopping and wine tasting.

Security Deposit & Notes

  • €800 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damages or unpaid fees including head tax of € 1.50/person per day.
