This luxurious 15th century villa sets in the centre of a nice village at the foothills of the Dolomites and it is a perfect holiday rental for family and friends. Guests experience a visit to a Renaissance villa with modern and luxurious touches. All living areas are furnished with a mix of modern Italian design and antiques that have belonged to the owner’s family for hundreds of years.
Spacious rooms with high ceilings and private bathrooms offer comfortable living.The garden of two acres features an 18-meter swimming pool and a secluded seating area under the monumental chestnut tree. During your stay at Villa Gelsomina, you can experience all the marvelous things the Veneto region has to offer within easy reach.

GROUND FLOOR
Living room with a fireplace and two white sofas
Dining room, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with a traditional Venetian open fireplace.
The kitchen opens up to a newly restored portico and has a view of the rose garden.
From the dining room, a door opens into a laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR
Grand living room with fireplace, blue sofas, writing desk and chess table.
On the left of the living room there is a double bedroom (#1), a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom (#2) with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Both bedrooms have original frescoes dating back to 1823.
On the right of the living room there are a TV room with flat screen TV (sat), CD and DVD player, a master bedroom (#3) with en suite bathroom with a bath and two separate showers, and another double bedroom (# 4) with an en suite bathroom and separate shower. This bedroom gives access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (#5) with a bath and separate shower, and to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath.
DEPENDANCE
On the ground floor: living room/dining room (8 people) with fireplace and TV, kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer), twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (view on the garden's villa) with access to the outside.
On the first floor (right stairs): twin bedroom (view on the neighbor's vegetable garden), bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (view on the garden's villa), twin bedroom (view on the neighbor's garden) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first (left stairs): twin bedroom (both view on the neighbor's garden and on the villa vegetable garden) with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower).
The dependance has air conditioning/heating.
All the beds in the dependance are not joinable twin beds (they can be placed near but it’s not possible to put a double bed sheet).

Please note that Gelsomina is a non-smoking property.
This property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
Children under 7 are not admitted to this property.

Villa Gelsomina can be rented for €14,000 per week.
