GETTING AROUND

• By car ­– There is parking for 2-3 medium sized cars. Note that from the parking area, an external stairway of approximately 50 steps leads down to the villa.

• By bus or shuttle – right at the main gate of the villa you can pick up either the local mini shuttle that runs in and around Positano or the SITA bus line connecting all of the villages on the Amalfi Coast. It is a short bus to Positano town center and the beaches (3km/1.86mi). The main beach of Positano is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine and rental boats to explore the surrounding coastline and visit some of the small grottoes along the coast.

• On foot – the small supermarket near the villa is well stocked with nearly everything you need and you’ll find a coffee bar, restaurants, the post office and other services less than a mile away.

• By ferry or hydrofoil – just to the right of the main Positano beach you’ll find numerous ferries and hydrofoils with daily service to Capri (50 min.), Ischia (75 min.), Naples (50 min.), Amalfi (30 min.) and Salerno (30 min.)

MIDDLE LEVEL

• This level includes a spacious open-plan living area, half bath, three bedrooms and the middle terrace.

• Middle terrace – partly shaded by retractable awnings and equipped with sofas, four armchairs, as well as a table, chairs, two deck chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Size: 645 sq ft

• Living/dining room – with three armchairs, elegant fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table (seats 12), telephone and french doors opening to the middle terrace.

• Kitchen – well-equipped, with four-burner electric cooker, electric oven, steam oven, American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, Italian and American-style coffee maker, toaster and wood-fired pizza oven.

• Bedroom № 3 with en-suite bathroom – with desk andfrench doors that open to the middle terrace

• Bedroom № 4 with en-suite bathroom – includesfrench doors that open to the middle terrace

• Bedroom № 5 with en-suite bathroom – accessed by a staircase of five steps

• Half-bath – near the living area, with washbasin and toilet
