The small-sized fully equipped pristine kitchen boasts a gorgeous marble countertop and backsplash along with all the necessary high-end appliances for preparing even the most impressive of meals. A laundry room with washer and dryer completes the floor.

Security deposit: €1,000 to be held by the agency
The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
