LIVING SPACES

While the outside of Villa Coki is a superb area for spending leisurely hours, its interior space is limited, consisting of just a small sitting room with large TV, and an independent fully equipped kitchen.
The latter is a spacious and inviting room with limestone walls and a vaulted ceiling, and it may serve also as a dining room on those few days when the weather is less than perfect.
The kitchen opens onto the sun-drenched terrace where you can enjoy outdoor living and the great Mediterranean climate.

And, just in case, do not forget that the beaches are a 30-minute drive away.

Security Deposit & Notes

Security Deposit: €750 held at the agency
Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
Check-in: between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
