Beautifully designed with a fantastic panoramic swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan archipelago.
It offers rare and beautiful views of the vineyards, alternating oak, eucalyptus and the mediterranean bush which give color and perfume to the surrounding area. From the villa, guests can see 4 islands in the Tuscan sea and in the evening a magnificient sunset which disappears into the Tirrenian sea.
The villa also has a marbvelous large pool with sunbeds a gazebo, and a relax area with the BBQ outside to dine alfresco in the evening.
The location is perfect for day trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Forte dei Marmi beach and more.
FIRST FLOOR
5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and AC overlooking the gardens.
Each bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined together to make up double beds.
One of these bedrooms has a private terrace and 2 of the others have door/windows which open onto the same panoramic terrace.
The last 2 bedrooms are still on the first floor but with acces from an outside stair case.
One has 2 single beds that which can be joined to make a double bed, bathroom with shower and a private lounge. The second is similar, but without the private lounge.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
