Can Pompeii be a day trip from Naples?
Yes. Pompeii is about 30 to 40 minutes from Naples, and we offer half-day and full-day Pompeii trips with skip-the-line tickets, a Pompeii and Herculaneum day, a kids' version, and a day combining Pompeii with the Amalfi Coast.
Is 2 hours enough time in Pompeii?
Two hours shows you the highlights, but the site is enormous. Three to four hours with a guide is better, and a guide helps you find the best-preserved houses and avoid walking in circles.
Should I buy tickets to Pompeii in advance?
