Anyone with the right dates and budget can book.
Yes. We work with property managers who maintain strict guest confidentiality: no staff conversations, no social media posts about guests, no third-party access. Discretion is part of the service.
A combination of privacy (set back from public roads, often gated, with high-walled grounds), staff trained to manage VIP guests, and either a documented history of well-known guests or a screen appearance. Several have appeared in films like Under the Tuscan Sun and series like The White Lotus.
