Yes. Original beams, terracotta floors, and stone walls are preserved, but kitchens are renovated, bathrooms are modern (most added in the last 20 years), and air conditioning, WiFi, and heating are installed throughout.

Some are. Those that are protected can have restrictions on what guests can move, change, or hang on walls. We will note any rules per property.

Often yes. Many of these villas are furnished with the owner's family antiques. They are insured but should be treated with care. We brief guests on which pieces are particularly delicate.
