Palazzo Sarzana-Fici is a 475-square-metre apartment on the main floor of a historic Florentine palazzo, a landmark on the Lungarno Vespucci skyline facing the Arno. From its balcony the view runs from the Ponte Vecchio and the Abbey of San Miniato al Monte to the green expanse of the Cascine park, and tall windows fill the rooms with river light.
Five bedrooms for ten guests each have a newly renovated marble en-suite bathroom, and a sixth single room with its own bathroom suits a nanny or a travelling companion. There is a library and a dining room overlooking the river, a bright main living room with three large windows opening onto a terrace above the Arno, and a full kitchen and pantry. Via Tornabuoni, the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo are all within walking distance, with daily housekeeping included.

Five double bedrooms, each with a newly renovated marble en-suite bathroom, plus a single bedroom with its own bathroom for a nanny or staff. The principal suite overlooks the Arno and has a Turkish bath, bathtub and walk-in closet (see Rooms).
Location
The most exclusive stretch of the Lungarno, beside the Polimoda fashion institute. Via Tornabuoni, Palazzo Vecchio, the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza del Duomo are all a walk away; Santa Maria Novella station is 150 metres from the door and Florence airport 7 km.
