A combination of architectural significance (historic estates, designer-renovated homes), premium amenities (private wellness floors, infinity pools, designer kitchens), and high-touch service (butler, daily chef, concierge planning). Each has been inspected by our team and re-vetted annually.
Most include accommodation, utilities, daily housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance, and a property manager. Chef service, additional staff, experiences, and ground transport are arranged at extra cost.
Most luxury villas in our collection run between EUR 15,000 and EUR 60,000 per week depending on size, season, and staff. A handful exceed EUR 100,000 per week in peak season for the largest estates.
Plan on 9 to 12 months ahead for summer dates; 6 months ahead for shoulder season. Our top luxury properties book a year out for July and August.
