The villa's exteriors feature manicured gardens and expansive terraces with lounge areas, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Guests enjoy a private sauna, a large infinity pool and a separate heated Jacuzzi, with sun loungers providing a tranquil spot to unwind. Panoramic lake views enhance the serene atmosphere, and alfresco dining areas with a BBQ create the perfect setting for outdoor meals. A wood-fired pizza oven is also available — to be operated only by a professional chef on hire.
The village is just a 5-minute walk away. Lenno port — the nearest — is a 10-minute walk, putting Bellagio 20 minutes by boat. Tremezzo is 5 minutes by car; Como itself 40 minutes. Milan Malpensa airport is about an hour's drive.

Pricing is per week, Saturday to Saturday. Diagonal cells mark changeover Saturdays — morning departure / afternoon arrival.
