Newly restored in 2019, Villa Angelica is the ideal lakefront holiday villa for large groups on the northwest shore of Lake Como. The interior spreads across two floors plus a basement laundry, with antique Lombard cotto tiles, chestnut-wood stairs and soundproof windows.
All the convivial rooms enjoy stunning lake views: a spacious living room with plush sofas, a generous dining area with a table that seats up to eighteen, a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island, and a separate bright drawing room with a grand piano for the music-inclined. Large French doors open onto the private pool and the lake — a seamless connection of indoors and outdoors.
Six en-suite bedrooms across two floors. The Ground-floor Queen is barrier-free with an accessible bathroom (shower). Upstairs are five colored rooms: the Green bedroom (with a tub and double exposure to the lake), the Orange, Lilac and Pink bedrooms (each with a large lake-view terrace), and the Yellow bedroom with a garden view.
Within the large private garden is a heated swimming pool (9.5 × 3.5 m) and a sun terrace that overlooks the lakeside promenade and the beach, a few metres away. The villa has its own dock and mooring buoy for guests bringing a boat.
The village of Pianello del Lario is a five-minute walk (600 m) — shops, restaurants and cafés. A guest-relations team and an in-house concierge are available throughout your stay for personalised, one-of-a-kind experiences.
