Primarily Lake Como, with a smaller selection on Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Iseo. We focus on Como because that is where our depth of inventory is strongest.
Often yes. Many properties have a private waterfront with a small dock or stair-access into the lake. We will note exactly where in the swimming season you can swim from each villa.
Yes. We can book a private boat day with a captain (Chris-Craft, Riva, or speedboat) for half-day or full-day excursions, picking up directly from your villa's dock when available.
No. April through October is the prime window, but Lake Como is beautiful in March and November as well. Snow on the mountains across the lake in winter is a particular pleasure.
