Our large villas for rent in Italy are built for the group trip: estates sleeping ten, sixteen, twenty, and beyond, with the things that make big groups work. Long tables indoors and out, enough bathrooms (we count them so you don't have to), multiple living spaces so the early risers and the night owls never meet, and pools big enough for everyone at once. Several are multi-building estates, ideal when three generations or four couples want togetherness with escape hatches.
The crown of the collection is Villa Laura, the Cortona estate from Under the Tuscan Sun, which sleeps twenty across the villa, farmhouse, and limonaia. For milestone birthdays, reunions, and weddings, large group villas book the furthest ahead of anything we offer: for a summer week, start a year out.
