Villa Collalto is a 13th-century Tuscan estate that has stayed in the same family for centuries — once held by the Counts Castelli Mandosi Mignanelli, now stewarded by their granddaughter Resy Fani Ciotti. The main villa offers thirteen individually decorated bedrooms across 1,500 square meters of historic interiors, with three more in the adjacent annex and four additional bedrooms in two recently restored dependences. Manicured gardens wrap the estate; amenities include a swimming pool with gazebo and sundeck, a synthetic-grass tennis court, and a gym with cardio equipment.

Stays include English-speaking concierge service, a welcome drink on arrival, daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, weekly linen changes, twice-weekly towel changes, and final cleaning. Weekly electricity allowance is 500 kWh. A personal chef, airport transfers, additional housekeeping, Sunday staff coverage, laundry service, and a curated wine list are available on request.
The property is set in deep Tuscan countryside near Siena, with mature flower gardens and shaded paths circling the main villa. Twenty en-suite bedrooms in total accommodate up to thirty-six guests.

A manager and 4 waiters are included for rentals up to 25 people, 6 days/wk (from 8:30 am – 1pm & 4 pm – 8pm).
Telephone, fax, personal laundry services and cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
Grocery shopping service is 10% of total cost.
Lunch service is available upon request and is to be arranged on site (wait staff not included).
