Each of the three units — main villa, guest house with separate entrance, and independent annex — has its own living and dining rooms, a fully fitted modern kitchen, and pieces sourced one by one. Twenty guests sleep across ten en-suite bedrooms.

The pool terrace opens onto a sweeping 180-degree view across the valley toward distant medieval hilltop villages. A five-minute drive reaches the nearest walled town; within an hour you're in Siena, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, or Volterra. Florence is just under ninety minutes by car, the nearest airport (Florence Peretola) about the same.
Included in the rate: utilities up to 500 kWh, water and gas, air conditioning, final cleaning, daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping (five hours, excluding Sunday), wifi, mid-week change of bed and bath linen and pool towels, and full gardening and pool service.
