This meticulously restored 1950s villa, spread across two floors, offers a haven for "slow living" designed by its architect owners. Its bright, uncluttered interiors blend vintage tiles, modern sofas, and restored furniture into a harmonious modernist design. Just 10 minutes from Cefalù, guests can access the sea via a private path. A nearby farmhouse annex accommodates four extra guests, while a beach establishment and private sandy retreat offer exclusive seaside enjoyment.
