A team of architects recently worked together to give the sumptuous interiors of villa Ducissa a major makeover, reflecting a perfect balance between spacious comfort and private luxury. The south-facing rooms are blessed with plenty of sunlight during the day, so they are bright and airy. Stucco ceilings and original period floors have been combined with contemporary furniture and Venice-inspired wall art to create a welcome and inviting ambiance throughout. The villa is equipped with the latest and most modern comforts: large smart TVs, central air conditioning, spacious social spaces designed for the entertaining enthusiast, a modern kitchen, and generous bedrooms with well-equipped bathrooms. The villa’s unexpected private garden is a rare privilege to experience! The outdoor furnished lounge area under the pergola, siding the Canal, allows you to enjoy the iconic views of the gondolas and motorboats in the distance while appreciating the unique location you are in. An awning shades a perfectly placed outdoor table to enjoy dining al-fresco. Another unique amenity of Villa Ducissa is the panoramic roof terrace from where is possible to indulge yourself and relax in the sunlight during the day, or under the stars at night.
