Walking distance, by our definition, means under 15 minutes on foot. Many of our walk-to-village properties are 3 to 5 minutes from the village square or the nearest cafe.
Yes. The villages where these villas sit are small, low-traffic, and Italian-village-quiet at night. We will tell you whether the path is paved, lit, or has an unlit stretch worth a torch on the phone.
For the village itself, no. For day trips to neighboring towns, beaches, or wine country, yes. We can also arrange private drivers if you prefer not to drive.
Yes. Every walk-to-village property has at least a small alimentari for daily essentials, often a butcher, a baker, and a wine shop. Larger supermarkets are typically a short drive away.
