Located right on a golf course, Villa Monticelli offers spectacular views over the Umbrian hills. The road to the villa itself never fails to amaze, with views over the majestic Antognolla Castle, which dates back to the XI century. The villa consists of two parts: a main unit with four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk beds all with private bathrooms, except the bunk beds bedroom). Villa Monticelli also has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and two living rooms. The cottage over the pool has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and there is a second kitchen there, making it is an independent unit. The main unit can accommodate up to 6 adults and the cottage up to 4, for a total of 10 guests. The villa is also graced with a very big terrace and large infinity pool with breath-taking views.
Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival).
Concierge Service from 9 am to 7 pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.
Maid Service between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm (6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Pool heating included at a standard temperature on request in peak season only. In other seasons it is not included and it is based upon consumption. Pool heating not available in mid season.
Weekly linen and pool towels change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more
Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available everyday for dinner time prior reservation) up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
Toilet paper, Kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that that the garbage will be serviced by staff during maid service)
