Vineyard Villas in Italy
13 villas · curated by us
To rent an Italian villa on a vineyard is to live, for a week, the way the wine does: slow mornings, hot afternoons, the rows changing color outside the kitchen window. These are houses on working wine estates (mostly in Tuscany, in Chianti Classico and Brunello country) where the tasting room is a walk through the vines and the bottle on your dinner table was grown in the view.
Some are the estate's original villa padronale, grand and frescoed; others are restored farmhouses among the rows. What they share: an owner or winemaker nearby who'll open the cellar for you, harvest-season energy if you come in late September, and the particular quiet of agricultural land. No neighbors, just vines.
We've inspected every property and, more usefully, tasted at every estate. Tell us what you drink and we'll match you to the right one.

Frequently asked questions
At most of these estates, yes — a cellar tour and tasting with the winemaker is either included or easily arranged, and we can build out from there: vertical tastings, harvest experiences in season, and visits to neighboring producers your host will call personally.

We've curated this collection ourselves — but if it's still too many, tell us about the trip and we'll send back three villas that fit.
