Villa Corte Nobile is a stylish three-bedroom apartment on the first floor of an elegant Oltrarno building, three minutes from Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito. Inlaid parquet floors run throughout, and the bright living room has a dining table for eight, a lounge with a large TV and bespoke shelving.
A king master suite and two twin bedrooms sleep six, and there is a separate laundry room. The real surprise is the private inner courtyard — a green, furnished hideaway off the street where you can sit with a coffee or a glass of Chianti after a day in the city.

Villa Corte Nobile is in the Oltrarno, three minutes from both Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito. The Ponte Vecchio is a seven-minute walk, and the neighbourhood's workshops, wine bars and trattorias are right outside.
